Your business is sitting on revenue it can't reach.

Unused customer data. A dormant email list. Tools you pay for and barely open. I build the email, CRM, and AI systems that turn it back into revenue.

Pick what sounds most like you.

Your email list has customers who stopped buying. If fewer than 30% have purchased more than once, you’re leaving repeat revenue on the table. We find exactly where it’s going.

The client you finished a project with two years ago is probably your fastest path to new revenue. You just haven’t had a system to stay in front of them. We fix that.

See solo services →

Your regulars are your most valuable asset and most businesses never follow up with them systematically. A simple contact program turns a good customer into a loyal one who sends referrals.

Before you blame the list, let’s look at the setup. Most underperforming email programs have three or four fixable issues that account for almost all of the gap.

Your phone has contacts. Your Gmail has hundreds more senders you never saved. We merge all of it, surface the ones worth acting on, and hand you back something you can actually use.

For most professionals, the difference between a closed deal and a missed one is a single follow-up that never happened. We build the system so nothing falls through.

§ 02

Two ways I work.

I do the same work for two kinds of people. Solo operators who need AI doing things for them, not another subscription gathering dust. And brand teams who know their email program isn't earning what it should.

SOLO / FREELANCE

You've got ideas stacked up. Not enough hours.

You bought the subscriptions. Watched the courses. Maybe wired up a Zapier or two. Somewhere in there, the thing you wanted, the system that runs while you sleep, got buried under five more tabs.

I build the automations, the inbox systems, the follow-up sequences, and the tools that keep watch when you can't. Real working systems, not another subscription you'll ignore. Set up in days, running on their own after.

// What this looks like for you
  • A scanner that watches 240+ company career pages and drops qualified matches in Notion
  • An inbox triage agent that sorts and summarizes Gmail before 7 AM
  • A decision-support tool that pressure-tests your options before you commit — so you stop second-guessing the big calls
  • Connectors that make your existing tools actually work together — no more copying and pasting between apps

DTC BRANDS

Your list is an asset. Most brands treat it like a send button.

You've built a customer list over years. You're sending campaigns when launches happen. Your welcome flow has one email, from a noreply address, sent three years ago. Somewhere in your Klaviyo, there's a seven-figure program waiting to get turned on.

I've built retention programs from zero at brands doing real revenue. I've run enterprise CRM at scale. I know what's actually broken, and in what order to fix it.

// What a fixed program looks like
  • Welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, reactivation. Five flows. Most brands have one.
  • List health so you stop burning deliverability every time you hit send.
  • Segmentation that actually reflects how customers behave, not just when they bought.
  • A calendar you can read in 30 seconds and know what's shipping next.

§ 04

How this actually goes.

Every engagement starts the same way. I look at what you have, tell you what's broken, and we decide together what's worth fixing first.

01

Free assessment. Thirty minutes, no slides.

You fill out a short intake. I look at your setup, your list, your tools, whatever's relevant. We get on a call. I give you three to five specific observations. You keep the notes either way.

02

Audit or build, scoped to what you need.

If there's a paid audit worth doing, I'll say so and tell you the price. If there's something smaller I can build for you in a week, I'll say that too. The assessment tells us which, not a sales call.

03

Execute, then keep running it.

Most clients move to an ongoing retainer after the first build. Some don't, and that's fine. The point is you leave with something running, not a deck you'll never open again.

Steve Hebert. Fifteen years in, still mostly curious.

I didn't set out to do digital marketing. I was running financial audits at a firm in my twenties when a client mentioned they couldn't get their website to rank for anything. That conversation turned into a job, which turned into a career.

I've built email programs from zero to 200K subscribers. I've run enterprise CRM at a Fortune 500 retailer. I've written copy, built flows, migrated platforms, cleaned up lists that were one send away from the spam folder. And over the last two years, I've put the same energy into AI, not as a buzzword, but as a tool for doing the work faster and better than I could alone.

Junk Gym Digital is how I do that work for other people. If you've got an asset that isn't earning, or a workflow that should be running itself, that's what this is for.

Unused data, an email list you're afraid to touch, a workflow you've been meaning to build for six months. Whatever it is, the assessment is free and the conversation is short.
